IPO – ROAD SHOW LAHORE DECEMBER 2015

The first stage offering of the stocks of Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited (HTLL), through the book-building process is going to be held on Jan 6-7 at Pakistan Stock Exchange. This was stated by Mr. Hassan Tahir (CEO, HTLL) during the pre-book-building road show held for financial institutions, corporate and high net worth individuals (HNWI) in Lahore on 22nd December 2015, at Faletti’s hotel

HTLL is offering 29Million new shares through the IPO-75% or 21.75Mn of which shall be offered through the book-building process and 25% or 7.25Mn shall be offered through the IPO to the general public. The floor price of HTLL’s shares has been set at Rs 37 per share. At this price, the company expects to raise 1.07Bn from the market. The proceeds from the sale of new shares will go towards the expansion of HTLL’s retail network and investment in the company’s 100% subsidiary Hi-Tech Blending (Pvt) Ltd. It may be mentioned that the Company has already invested Rs 1.7Bn on the blending plant, and another Rs 200Mn shall be spent to introduce Jerry Can and Drum manufacturing and filling lines. The debt to equity ratio on the blending plant is 38:62. The company plans to open 37 grand outlets in 11 major cities of Pakistan during 2015-16 through the sale proceeds to its new shares.

Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited organized events exclusively for its stakeholder and retailers, in Lahore , Islamabad, Multan and Karachi. Also in attendance were the representatives from their Partners company SK Lubricants Korea were  Mr. Kwon  Senior Manager S.K Lubricants and Vice President of S.K Lubricants Mr.Park. while announcing the introduction of the new packaging material for ZIC lubricants, it was stated that whereas the overall objective of the introduction of the new packaging was to create an ease in the handling of the company’s fuel economy lubricants through attractively designed plastic containers, however the other reason was to deal with the issues of fake oil available in the market. And due to the growing demand for ZIC brand lubricants, it is important for the company to change its packaging designs after every 5-6 years so that we can counter the issue of the fake oil available in the market. The new packaging provides an easier to handle packaging to ensure the availability of a consistent quality of our top lubricant brand under extreme temperature and pressure environments. The new packaging also ensures zero spills and contains a super strong adhesive seal to prevent leakage or wastage of oil during handling, transportation and distribution arrangements. Side by side the new packaging, the company has also simplified its brands by introducing the lines of X3, X5,X7 and X9 brands in ZIC X series

DISTRIBUTORS CONFERENCE OCT-2015

Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited the took another forward business initiative by bringing together its distributors from all over Pakistan to share its Company Vision of 2020. It was a 3 day event that comprised of training at its under construction bottling and blending plant at sunder industrial estate that will be operational by first quarter 2016 and a conference at PC Lahore. The distributors got a chance to discuss business strategies from different regions of Pakistan and solutions were developed with expertise and experiences of one another to achieve this combined vision2020.
